CBR FIELD PROJECT – CBR FIELD LABORATORY

During the last 20 years CBR-DTC has been developing various approaches and strategies to CBR.In order to learn how to do CBR and obtain more effective ways, CBR-DTC has established CBR pilot project as CBR field laboratory from one village to over 80 villages. CBR-DTC has been implementing CBR field projects with a concept based on the principle of community development approach which consists of various programs, such as:

• Disability Prevention
• Early Detection, Intervention and Stimulation
• Group Therapy
• Primary Rehabilitation Therapy
• Assistive Devices and Individual Aids
• Inclusive Education
• Scholarship
• Income Generating
• Self-help Group
• t.c.

While developing their approaches and strategies to CBR the Center learned the importance of sharing knowledge with, and learning from, others doing similar work.
